Downstairs is a twin room and a cloakroom, along with a kitchen and sitting room with dining area and open fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, and a garden with furniture. Mulberry Cottage is very well located for making the most of the coastline including popular Cromer, or for heading to the Norfolk Broads or just wandering the quiet country lanes.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Mulberry Cottage's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
