The apartment has high Victorian ceilings, a lovely feeling of space and two huge bay windows flooding it with light. Beautifully decorated and stylishly furnished, with views over the park opposite and Cromer lighthouse in the distance.
The open-plan living space includes a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofa; whilst the spacious bedroom has a sofa and dressing table along with hanging space and a chest of drawers.
There is private parking for one car and the apartment is within walking distance, or a short bus ride, from the centre of Cromer. Just a short drive away is the golf club, country club and the sandy beach at Overstrand.
