Old Burford Cottage is a beautiful cottage built in the region of 1840 to 1890 to accompany The George Inn. Situated just off the historic high street, the cottage is peacefully quiet and has been fully refurbished to a very high standard.

This charming cottage was originally two cottages which the owner has lovingly converted into one generously sized two bedroom cottage. Boasting a large open-plan living area with large sofas, a wood burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and dining table seating four guests. Upstairs, both bedrooms have a king-size bed and there is a state of the art shower room with walk-in rainfall shower.

Burford’s famous High Street sweeps downhill towards the River Windrush, its three-arched medieval bridge and its impressive church, both sides of the street are flanked by an unbroken line of ancient houses and shops. Popular with visitors both for its beauty and history but also for its shopping, especially antiques, and for the wide variety of places to eat, with restaurants, pubs and teashops.
