Badger's Lodge is an attractive, stone-built, detached cottage, located in a gated village, within a 450 acre nature reserve, by the Cotswold Water Park in the heart of the Cotswolds. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms - one double with en-suite bathroom, one single with a single pull-out trundle bed and a triple bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. On the ground floor there is an additional basin and WC. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area, woodburning stove and doors out to the rear decked area and lawned garden, which has a stream, furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking outside the cottage for one car, with further parking on-site. A number of on-site facilities are also available, including a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area, fishing lake and a water park close by offering watersports. With a number of activities on-site to keep everyone entertained, and delightful Cotswold towns and villages within easy reach, Badger's Lodge is a great base for a family cottage holiday in the Cotswolds.

Further watersports and coarse fishing at the Cotswold Water Park, available at extra charge and bookable in advance. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: A stream runs through the garden - ensure children are supervised. Note: All guests staying at Lower Mill Estate Village will be required to sign a code of conduct form.
