Swallows Barn is a three-storey reverse-level cottage converted from a barn around a courtyard in a former farmstead down a country lane on the edge of Woolston hamlet. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom on the third floor and a double with en suite shower room and a twin (can convert to double) with en suite WC plus a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor is a sitting room with a wood burning stove, dining area and glazed doors to the garden and a kitchen. Outside is a garden with steps up to a sunny seating area with furniture and barbecue and a lawn with fruit trees, plus parking for three cars. In an area of beautiful countryside, Swallows Barn is a brilliant cottage for relaxing on a super Devon break.
