Located in the very heart of Noss Mayo just a few strides from the fabulous pub opposite, on a tiny lane winding through the village sits this beautiful Grade II Listed cottage, built into the steep cliffs behind and awash with pink, enjoying lovely views across the estuary. With an enclosed and hidden terrace and garden accessible via a steep climb up uneven steps behind the property, and a stunning modern contemporary studio with neat enclosed patio just up from the riverside, Pink Cottage really is a gem of a cottage to be enjoyed at any time of the year.
Please Note: The day room is located opposite the cottage on the other side of the lane, separate from the cottage. PLEASE ADVISE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF THIS IS REQUIRED TO BE MADE UP AS A BEDROOM.

Kitchen dining room with fully fitted kitchen, electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, there are low beams in the kitchen and dining area (6ft 2").
Beautiful dining area to seat six, living flame effect gas fire, underfloor heating.
Staircase to first floor (take care, the bottomof the stairs doorway is 5ft 9")
At the top of the stairs, the staircase opens out into a Lounge area with large sofa, soft seating cubes and window seats, wall mounted Smart TV. WC.
Off the lounge is the Master bedroom with 5ft King size double bed, window seat overlooking the estuary, built in wardrobe, bedside drawers and console table.
Four steps up to Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft beds.
Through this bedroom to the single bedroom with 3ft single bed with pull out bed beneath for occasional use (please note space is limited when truckle bed is in use) Built in cupboard with shelving and hanging space. Both bedrooms have french doors to the back garden.
Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Across the lane, steps down to a modern open plan studio with floor to ceiling folding doors back which fold back to give beautiful river views. Smart TV, sofa and seating area.
Single bed with pull out truckle bed for occasional use, (best suited to teenager or small adult).
Kitchenette area with under counter fridge, kettle, microwave and sink.
Wet room with shower, basin and WC.
Storage room with tumble drier and washing machine, ideal for storing beach and boating equipment.
