Ley Park is a detached house ¾ mile by footpath from the Devon beach of Welcombe Mouth. The house sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, three double, two with en suite, and a twin. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining room/second living room, kitchen with sofa and a utility room. Outside is an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue and a grassy area for ball games. A mile from the good pub in the hamlet of Welcombe, Ley Park is a smashing family house for a holiday in Devon.
