Kingston is a charming South Hams village, very much off-the-beaten-track, with a good pub, a church, lots of pretty thatched cottages and is just over a mile from the River Ermes beautiful wooded estuary and, at low tide, miles of good sandy beach at Wonwell and across the estuary at Meadowsfoot Beach and Mothecombe. Apple Barn is tucked in the centre of the village, a large, detached and very comfortable family home, with an acre of spacious gardens. This is an ideal family base with a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, which may be suitable for those with walking disabilities. Doorstep walks to the beach, a pub around the corner, a large garden to play in and superb walking on the nearby coastal path - something for everyone. PLEASE NOTE: FOR 2023 APPLE BARN WILL OFFER A FRIDAY CHANGEOVER
