Lyng Farmhouse is a fabulous rural country cottage set off the beaten track on a working farm, just a few miles inland from the coastal village of Thornham. Perfect for larger families and groups of friends or celebratory gatherings, it offers oodles of living and relaxing space.
Superbly renovated, this large farmhouse has two spacious living areas including a drawing room with deep comfy sofas and a magnificent open fire, along with a second sitting room; more modern in design which doubles as a games room where you can relax and watch television or enjoy a game of table tennis. Cook up a storm in the large kitchen with breakfast island and serve it in the more formal south facing dining room. Upstairs you will find two more floors, the first with five en-suite bedrooms and on the second floor, a huge master suite with super-king size bed, freeview television and luxurious en-suite with spectacular free-standing bath.
Enjoy the predominantly south facing gardens which are to the rear and side of the property and dine al fresco on the patio area in front of the games room.
Well placed for exploring the many delights of North Norfolk, Lyng Farmhouse provides easy access to the Peddars Way and popular birdwatching and wildlife reserves as well as the nearby fabulous beaches at Thornham, Brancaster and Old Hunstanton. The ideal spot for an escape at any time of the year.
