A superb, stylish and luxurious semi-detached period brick and flint cottage set right in the heart of this popular coastal village.
Furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard, 2 Dix Cottages is a boutique coastal delight, a perfect hideaway retreat for families, couples and friends to enjoy all year round. The cottage has a welcoming relaxing feel, is deceptively spacious, comfortable, cosy and warm with air source heat pump heating, which is underfloor to some rooms, and not just one, but two wood burning stoves.
On the ground floor you really are spoilt for choice. There is a fabulous open-plan and sociable living space, combining a bespoke fitted kitchen alongside sitting and dining areas. With glazed french doors leading into the garden, and windows to three sides of the room enjoying views over the garden, the room is flooded with light. There's a separate 'quiet' snug/garden room, also with french doors into the garden, which is ideal if you want to read a book or watch an alternative programme on the television.
For larger groups, book with 1 Dix Cottages (adjoining No. 2), sleeping four guests.
Additional Information
NB: Although dogs are not allowed to stay at the cottage, the owner's dog does visit from time to time.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of £200 will be taken on booking this property.
