Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Loading/unloading only allowed in Whitehall Yard. Council car park 3 mins walk, weekly permit available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Note: Children aged 12 years and over only.
