Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, small freezer, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within a few minutes walk. Note: Key safe for the house, you will be given the combination for the lock code before arrival. Note: Due to it being an older property the stairs are steeper than usual.
