Lupin is a fabulous first floor apartment at the beautiful Stancombe Manor complex which offers guests access to an indoor pool, sauna, games room, snooker room, tennis courts, and lovely grounds with a childrens; play area. This well presented property is perfect for a romantic retreat in the quieter months and offers enough bed space for families looking to really make the most of a week away in the school holidays. There is direct access to a pretty footpath down the valley to the village of Sherford and miles of Devon lanes to walk or drive just outside. Lupin is sure to be a favourite with its guests. The Stancombe Manor complex is nestled in the countryside above the pretty village of Sherford, if you can tear yourself away from this idyllic retreat and all its amenities you will find the bustling market town of Kingsbridge a short drive away, with shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and a cinema. The villages of Chillington and Stokenham are also close by, both offering good pubs. Chillington has a village shop and there is a well stocked farm shop with cafe just past Stokenham. The huge expanse of beach at Torcross is four miles away, from here meander along the scenic coast road to the historic town of Dartmouth a thirty-minute drive away which has many amenities to entertain all ages, and the popular sailing town of Salcombe can also be reached in less than half an hour, or by the foot ferry from East Portlemouth.
