Fuschia Cottage is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom property in the heart of the popular village of Slapton which has two good pubs and is within easy reach of Slapton Sands. This tasteful home offers a well equipped kitchen diner, good size lounge, sun room, three attractive bedrooms and a family bathroom. Just outside is a south facing garden at the front and to the rear there is storage for bikes and watersports equipment for sporting enthusiasts. With views over the neighbouring field and the village around Fuschia Cottage is a fabulous place for a family holiday, a romantic break or friends to reunite and enjoy exploring the beautiful area surrounding Slapton. The picturesque village of Slapton boasts two excellent pubs, a community village shop, play park and some stunning walks around the freshwater nature reserve of Slapton Ley. The millennium field at the top of the village is a fantastic viewpoint for gazing out over the village to Start Bay and the the lighthouse at Start Point. The village is situated less than a mile from Slapton Sands, which borders part of the scenic coastal road running between the bustling market town of Kingsbridge and the historic town of Dartmouth both twenty minutes away. The bohemian hub of Totnes is also a 30 minute drive as is the hugely popular sailing town of Salcombe. This traditional village is a superb spot to explore the South West Coast Path and all the delights the South Hams has to offer.
