Southview Annexe, the perfect couple's pad, is light and airy and is located within half a mile of a nature reserve, ideal for bird watching and walking, and the popular local pub is just a five minute walk away. With parking and a spacious, enclosed garden it is an ideal place to bring your furry friends too.
This delightful property has light and airy open-plan living with french doors leading directly from the sitting room into the south facing garden, which also has an undercover area for when you need some cool shade. The upstairs bedroom features a king-size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe and television with Freeview. From the bedroom window there are views towards the nature reserve. Outside, the property has private parking for two large cars. The modern fitted kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need should you wish to cook, so why not venture to the nearby farmers' markets to sample some wonderful local produce? For those who prefer to eat out, and don't wish to drive, you can even pop around the corner to The Aviator and enjoy a meal at the bistro restaurant.
Southview Annexe is a great holiday property and will suit all manner of holidaymakers: birdwatchers, walkers, cyclists, dog owners, beach lovers ... anyone looking for a relaxing Norfolk 'hideaway' to escape to for a short or longer break at any time of the year.
