This lovely cottage, which has been a much loved holiday home for twenty plus years, has a fabulous open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fitted kitchen which overlooks the spacious light-filled double height sitting room below. French doors open to the garden and contemporary furnishings, funky light fittings, oak doors and soft paint colours create a lovely relaxing ambience. A large wood burning stove, along with storage heaters, will keep you warm and cosy in cooler months.
The cottage is part of The Maltings complex of converted buildings on the edge of the ever popular coastal resort of Brancaster Staithe. This is a great spot for easy walking to the little harbour, coastal path and marshes, and just a short walk to friendly pubs and restaurants serving good food. This is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of North West Norfolk and discover everything it has to offer. With a double, twin and full-size bunk room, it is well suited to families, however this is also a great location for golfers, walkers, bird watchers, as well as sailors, all year round!
