Exceptional views from many of the light and airy rooms, a perfect location for a family seaside holiday. There is a private path from the rear of the house (accessed by other residents), which leads directly to the promenade and along the beautiful sandy beach. Conveniently located, just a pleasant 5-minute walk away from the centre of Sandbanks is the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach as well as being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events. Close by you can catch a crossing to the National Trust site of Brownsea Island where you may get a glimpse of the elusive red squirrel. Across the bay via the ferry, you can explore the stunning Isle of Purbeck, the village of Corfe Castle and the Jurassic Coast. Short breaks are available at this property,

Entrance hallway steps take you up to the middle floor with the open plan modern living room with large glass doors to the patio, direct access to beach.
Kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and plentiful cupboard space.
Open plan lounge has seating for 8 guests and the dining area has a table offering seating for 12 guests, access to the balcony, outside area, furniture a great place to watch the amazing sunsets..Steps down to grass area.
TV Roomon this floor also with a rear aspect, which has a wall mounted TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix.
