Sunnyside is a delightful 18th Century town house, in a superb location in the heart of Old Lyme Regis, just 150m from the seafront promenade, beach, shops and pubs. Ideally located in the historic Coombe Street and only a stones throw away from all the local amenities. Full of character, light and airy, tastefully decorated and furnished in a coastal theme. It's appealing charm echoes throughout. The property is close to the Town Mill bakery and the pretty River Lym walk. A wonderful seaside property, with its central location and parking nearby, allowing you to enjoy all that this traditional seaside town has to offer. Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent UNESCO Jurassic Coast, it's known as the pearl of Dorset and upon visiting, it's easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, it also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby. Lyme Regis' sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for both children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location. There are also vast amounts of festivals and events happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week which offers a week of fun, games, music and displays for all the family. Of course, there are also loads of smaller events happening as well!
