St Malo is a well presented house situated on an elevated quiet residential lane just a short walk from Island Street and the centre of Salcombe. The property has private parking, good outside space, two bathrooms and enjoys lovely views across the town to the estuary from the lounge and two of the bedrooms. Inside the house has been tastefully decorated with a nautical theme in mind and has a great layout for the perfect Salcombe holiday. A well stocked Co-op shop and the Salcombe Gin factory are both within 5 minutes walk. Please note: No puppies or dogs under 2 years of age.
