Woodlands is a handsome, Grade II listed, three-storey Georgian house near a creek in the lovely Devon town of Dartmouth. The house sleeps 14 people in six bedrooms over two levels, four double, a twin and family room with five bathrooms or shower rooms. On the top floor is a children’s games/sitting room and on the ground floor are two sitting rooms and a dining room, all with wood burning stoves, and a kitchen. Outside is a terrace across the width of the house with outdoor furniture and barbecue and terraced lawn below, plus parking for four cars. With the shops, restaurants, galleries and pubs within walking distance, Woodlands is an excellent family house for a lively holiday in Devon.
