The property is located just a short walk from the town centre and is the perfect spot to really enjoy everything that Salcombe has to offer. The balcony, lounge and both bedrooms, which both have en suite shower rooms, all enjoy spectacular views of the estuary and sea. The property has private access down to the water and private beaches (tidal).
