Oversteps House is a spacious, award-winning luxury holiday home, boasting incredible views and in an idyllic location overlooking South Sands beach in Salcombe. Sleeping up to sixteen people, the property has eight bedrooms, and seven bathrooms. Other highlights include two well-equipped kitchens, two stylish living areas, two utility rooms and a wonderful balcony off the living accommodation at first floor level offering stunning sea views. Outside, there is a furnished decking area, private access to the beach below, plus a delightful beach house ‘Hobbit House’, with toilet, day bed and sun loungers, and parking for 6 cars. With so much space, this stunning three-storey holiday home is perfect for an extended family party, looking for a luxury retreat in beautiful surroundings.
