It is just a short walk away from The Winking Prawn beachside restaurant and approximately a 15-20 minute walk from Salcombe’s famous waterfront, restaurants and boutique shops. Sleeping four guests in two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living/dining room and kitchen. Guests can enjoy the spectacular views and have full use of the communal gardens.
