1 Combehaven is a three-story townhouse within a luxury gated development only a short walk from Salcombe’s restaurants, pubs, upmarket shops and beautiful waterfront. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps eight. There is an open plan kitchen and dining room with modern granite worktops and an eight-person dining table, a living room with a coal-effect gas fire, two generous sofas and a balcony. Outside is a garden and terrace with a table and chairs, plus wonderful views over the town and estuary. 1 Combehaven is a lovely townhouse for families wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe without compromising on space.
