This handsome property is presented to a very high standard in a pleasing contemporary style with extensive use of light oak and slate tiles. Theres a comfortable lounge with woodburner and a sunny dining area with patio doors that open wide onto a level terrace and garden with glimpses of the sea through the trees, an ideal place to relax, dine and enjoy the views. There is a games room above the garage with a pool table and a TV with DVD as well as plenty of parking. Guests can also bring their own small boat on a trailer to launch in Noss Mayo. For those who enjoy walking, the South West Coastal path passes a few yards from the door and offers visitors some stunning cliff top walks. (Revelstoke Park is a private, co-operatively owned caravan park for holiday use by its owners).

Revelstoke Park House is located approximately 20 metres across the lane, and provides dining facilities for large parties of up to 14. The accommodation is as follows:-

Dining area to seat up to 14. Well equipped kitchen with gas Range Cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. A tumble dryer is also available. Rear access to enclosed courtyard and terraced gardens beyond. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
Oak staircase to first floor: Reading snug area, double futon and armchair, bookshelves and games. Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with 4ft 6inch double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. En suite wet room with shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with king size 5ft bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom wtih double bed below and single bunk bed above, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, Basin, WC and heated towel rail.
