Little Birches is a delightful modern 'dog friendly' annexe, finished to a high standard and situated in the village of Roydon, overlooking Roydon Common Nature Reserve. Bordering the renowned Sandringham Estate, this fabulous retreat for two has a wonderful open-plan living area with a modern fitted kitchen and luxurious bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Little Birches enjoys a very sunny aspect - you can choose to sit in the private rear garden for your morning cup of coffee or soak up the sun with an evening meal on the front terrace overlooking the parkland. There are three pubs within walking distance and the stunning North Norfolk coastline is just a 15 minute drive away.
Due to the uniqueness of this wonderful little gem, there is some flexibility with regard to the length of your stay. Please speak to one of our enquiries team if you would prefer a slightly longer break.
