The cottage sleeps three people in one twin bedroom with use of a single sofa bed in the sitting room. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Completing the accommodation is a wet room with a walk-in shower. The property has a low level hob, bed and seat raisers on request and level access making this an ideal choice for assisted wheelchair users. Kingfisher really is a lovely holiday cottage for exploring the area and you will want to return again and again.

Note: Property is 1 of 2 semi detached holiday homes. Note: Uncovered and unfenced pond in grounds, children to be supervised. Note: Single beds can be pushed together with a topper used to make a king-size double. Note: This property has an M3a mobility rating with handrails, seat and bed raisers, shower/commode chair and toilet seat raiser available on request, and hoist rental is available by arrangement at additional cost with owner; the property is therefore suitable for assisted wheelchair users.
