The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a comfortable sitting and dining area, a stylish bedroom and modern en-suite shower room. From this stunning vantage point, guests can realise the full effect of Suffolk’s big skies – skies which have inspired generations of artists and writers. Marsh View is a haven of peace away from the stress of today’s hectic lifestyle.

Located on the outskirts of the charming seaside town of Aldeburgh, and only 4 miles from the delights of Snape Maltings and its world-famous concert hall, this property is ideal for relaxing and exploring - a fabulous base for music enthusiasts, beach lovers, cyclists, walkers and golfers. River View is the ultimate location for bird watching enthusiasts, with Hoskins Hide, looking up and down the River Alde, only a short walk away as well as RSPB Minsmere a mere 20 minute drive away.

Whilst attached to the owner’s home, Marsh View very much sits in its own space, set back 250 yards from the road with access to a large garden at the front of the property as well as enjoying its own secluded seating area at the front of the house with private parking.
