Making the most of the beautiful views with floor to ceiling heights, private terrace and garden, there is also a lift which serves the building to enable access for all guests. Featuring two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms, this sumptuous apartment provides the perfect base from which to enjoy all this stunning area has to offer, whether immediately below on the water or further afield where many fabulous areas of interest are all within easy reach.
The uniqueness of this tranquil waterside setting has much to offer. The main public pontoon is located opposite the property and from the pontoon the delightful local ferryman can be "hailed" during daytime hours to take you to various spots on the pond, and even collect from the pub in Noss Mayo if you are lucky! A private tidal jetty below, exclusively for residents of The Yealm, also gives foot access to the water. (Permits payable locally if launching paddleboards and kayaks etc)
