4 Combehaven is a ground-floor apartment within a luxury gated development only a short walk from Salcombe’s restaurants, pubs, upmarket shops and beautiful waterfront. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps four. There is an open-plan kitchen / living / dining room with modern granite worktops, coal-effect gas fire, four-person dining table, a terrace and a garden. Outside table and chairs are available to enjoy the summer sunshine. 4 Combehaven is a lovely apartment for couples and small families wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe without compromising on space.
