Located less than a mile from the town of Modbury with its lovely independent shops and eatieries, Chatwell Farm is nestled amidst 5 acres of the most beautiful meadows with babbling stream, private freshwater supply, and surrounding fields tended to by the owners next door, which are harvested for hay when the sun shines each July. Here you can enjoy countryside views, visiting wildlife including rabbits and resident owls, rare wild flowers, peace and tranquility. Chatwell Farm is only a short drive or even stroll to nearby Modbury and within each driving distance of the wonderful coastline and golden beaches of the South Hams. This three bedroomed, single level detached property – originally the ancient stable block of the farm - has been transformed and offers the perfect South Devon base for couples – made for enjoying quality time with friends and family, entertaining, relaxing, and really pausing from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to soak up the peace here.
