Cutty Sark is a fabulous coastal house that lies adjacent to the luxury Scarlet Hotel overlooking the beach at Mawgan Porth, four miles from the Cornish surfing capital of Newquay. With outstanding sea views the house is perfect for larger groups, sleeping up to ten people in 5 spacious bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and share a bathroom, the remaining three on the first floor with use of a shower room. With ample room for the whole family there is a fabulous spacious sitting room with woodburning stove, and a separate TV room for children to escape to. A dining room occupies a sunny position next to patio doors and full length windows that look out over the captivating coastal vista. A sleek kitchen and lower ground floor utility room completes the interior. Outside you will captivated by the views from the decked patio, and for seclusion and sunbathing a terraced garden is planted with Cornish palms. There is parking for three cars. Whatever time of year you choose to come, share this super property with friends and family for a memorable Cornish holiday.
