The open-plan living accommodation enjoys light flooding in through the Velux windows and large french doors which lead out onto the generous glazed balcony where you can dine, just sit or lounge and enjoy those sea views. The handmade kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking up a feast of local Cornish produce when you feel liking dining in. The sitting room area has comfortable leather seating and a 58 inch Smart television and Sonos Playbar for superior sound and music streaming capabilities. All three bedrooms have been beautifully decorated and furnished and have their own televisions. The master bedroom enjoys its own balcony, bedroom two benefits from an en-suite shower room and the third bedroom is a twin room, perfect for children. A luxurious family bathroom boasts a doubled ended bath.
Wander down the hill and catch the train to St Ives or a couple of minutes further is Carbis Bay beach, glorious in all seasons. Two guests can enjoy complimentary membership to the Carbis Bay Hotel Spa where there is an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Your membership card will also entitle you to 10% off beauty treatments and 10% off dining. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk away, or just a very short car journey.
