Penmeneth is a double fronted detached cottage in the heart of Marazion just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach. The house has reverse level accommodation and sleeps six people in one double, one twin and one bunk room. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor living accommodation comprises a lovely large sitting/dining room where pine floorboards, panelled walls and lofty apex ceilings with sturdy timber trusses create a stylishly open and spacious aspect. The adjoining kitchen is beautifully fitted with hand-crafted units, and a separate reading room has access to a lovely balcony. Outside is a terraced garden of subtropical plants and the top terrace has views of St Michaels Mount. There is off road allocated parking for 1 car 50 metres away from the property. For a holiday in a character property within easy access of Marazion’s superb facilities, Penmeneth is a great choice.
