There is a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room in the master bedroom. There is an open plan living room on the ground floor with a kitchen and dining area plus a cloakroom. The rear enclosed garden has a private outlook and picnic bench for alfresco meals. Perranporth Beach and the coast path are within a short walk. Ocean Heights an ideal venue for families and couples at anytime of year.
