There is off road parking outside for two cars and a patio with furniture so you can sit outside when it's sunny. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. Shared use of fishing lake. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Bar and restaurant on adjacent Rosecraddoc village 2 mins walk away. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Licence is required for on-site fishing subject to availability and there is a charge payable locally. Note: Due to fishing lake at Rosecraddoc Manor, children must be supervised at all times.
