It sleeps 5 in two bedrooms – a double with balustrade and a family room, both with shower-rooms. Big kitchen-dining room and living room with balustrade. Terrace with sea views. The beach is only a few minutes walk down a steep footpath and there is an excellent hotel restaurant and bar, two minutes stroll away. And when you're not surfing, there’s nearby Newquay, Watergate Bay or Padstow to visit and explore. Seagulls Perch is in an ideal location, perfect for families and couples alike.
