It sleeps 6 in three bedrooms – a double, and two twin rooms, (one with 2'6'' beds). Step down into the living room which has a cosy wood burning stove, dining table and chairs, there is a second smaller living room with toys and sofa bed (for alternative sleeping), a dining room leading down via a few steps to the smart fitted kitchen with a utility area, sink and toilet. Family bathroom. There is a large, enclosed garden, with a big patio, garden furniture and BBQ. A good location for families, walkers, artists and painters. It’s a short drive to nearby Lostwithiel with its shops, pub, restaurants, castle and railway station, or the pretty fishing village of Fowey
