Bonny Alva is a splendid detached house with spectacular panoramic sea views across the golf course and out to sea and situated in Porthpean, above the sandy beach. It sleeps 9 in four bedrooms – three double and one family room, together with two bathrooms and one shower-room. Living room, den-study, kitchen-dining room and utility. Large mature garden and covered verandah. A brilliant house for all to enjoy, within walking distance of the beach, golf course and Coast Path or for simply relaxing on the verandah or balcony and watching the seas and skies. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are nearby.
