Two patios and barbeque are perfect for al fresco dining, barbecuing, glimpsing the Isle of Wight, watching the wildlife or the children playing cricket/rugby/football on their very own sports pitch, kiddies' heaven!Numerous puzzles, games, books and DVDs allow less strenuous activity. The separate games room provides family entertainment before relaxing round the fire pit to toast marshmallows or watch the stars twinkle.
