Seaflowers’ Annex is a spacious, private and well-appointed apartment attached to the owners Luxury Bed and Breakfast and situated on the banks of Frogmore Creek, an inlet of the stunning Kingsbridge and Salcombe Estuary, this newly refurbished property has a lovely garden stretching down to the creek with table and chairs and a barbecue to make the most of al fresco dining. Access to the water across the owners’ garden or along the private lane means guests keen on water sports can really make the most of their holiday, the undercover parking area is also great for biking enthusiasts to store equipment in the dry. Inside there’s a kitchen diner with doors out to the garden, and a good sized living room with a beautiful bay window so guests can admire the views of the creek and surrounding countryside. This tasteful property is sure to be a favourite for couples’ to enjoy the many attractions the South Hams has to offer.
Frogmore is perfectly situated for exploring the local area, being situated on the Kingsbridge to Dartmouth coastal road, with good bus and car access to both towns and all the surrounding villages and beaches in between. Situated on the banks of Frogmore creek an inlet of the Salcombe and Kingsbridge estuary, which makes this village ideal for watersports’ enthusiasts. Frogmore boasts a good local pub, a bakery for purchasing delicious fresh bread, cakes and pasties, whilst getting a pint of milk and a newspaper. Nearby Kingsbridge and the historic naval town of Dartmouth both have a good variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and a cinema.
