Stoke Cottage in Revelstoke Park nestles at the head of a wooded valley in South Devon, above a lane that leads down to Stoke beach, a short distance from Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers. This handsome property is presented to a very high standard in a pleasing contemporary style with extensive use of light oak and slate tiles. Theres a comfortable lounge with woodburner and a sunny dining area with patio doors that open wide onto a level terrace and garden with glimpses of the sea through the trees, an ideal place to relax, dine and enjoy the views. The popular twin villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers, linked at low tide by a causeway are a haven for boaters and boast a village shop, a butcher and several excellent pubs serving good food. There is a games room above the garage with a pool table and a TV with DVD as well as plenty of parking. Guests can also bring their own small boat on a trailer to launch in Noss Mayo. For those who enjoy walking, the South West Coastal path passes a few yards from the door and offers visitors some stunning cliff top walks. (Revelstoke Park is a private, co-operatively owned caravan park for holiday use by its owners).
