The Old Mill is a superb detached, stone-built former 18th century mill, next to a working livestock farm, just outside of the small hamlet of Dolau and eight miles from Llandrindod Wells. It is set over three floors and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, whilst on the second floor there is a king-size double, a double and a 4’ double. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom on the second floor. The ground floor also a utility room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, whilst on the first floor there is as a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking, an electric car charging point and a front covered terrace with a hot tub, furniture and a BBQ, as well as a front and side lawned garden. The Old Mill is a fabulous place to holiday in Wales, at any time of year.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Old Mill in Dolau. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Old Mill's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Note: There are five stone steps from the parking area to the front door. Note: The property is adjacent to a working farm, which is fenced off and separate, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when outside. Note: Due to the stream in the garden and the Juliet balconies off the first floor sitting room, care should be taken and children should be supervised at all times. Note: This property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Check-in 4pm.
