There are six bedrooms in the property including a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be made into two singles upon request) with Juliette balcony with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor super-king-size with Juliette balcony with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor double, and two ground-floor doubles (suitable to sleep one person only), as well as being serviced by a ground-floor bathroom, making the property ideal to sleep up to ten people. Within the dwelling you will also find a lower-ground-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a lower-ground-floor utility, a lower-ground-floor dining area with an open fire, a ground-floor sitting room with a woodburning stove, a lower-ground floor snug, and a lower-ground floor games room with an open fire. The outside benefits from off-road parking for six cars, as well as a large garden with both lawned areas and a patio with furniture and table tennis. The Pheasantry is an impeccable property, perfect for a large family gathering or reunion with friends in the heart of Wales.
