The kitchen is well equipped, with lovely new integrated appliances, dishwasher and flooring (new photos to follow). With a decorative wood burning stove, comfy seating, new carpet and Smart TV the sitting room is a truly relaxing place to unwind. Upstairs there is a stylish double bedroom, a twin bedroom and modern family bathroom. Outside the pretty courtyard garden is ideal for enjoying a coffee or glass of wine as you plan your days.
Docking has an excellent village shop, local pub, local weekly market and fish and chip shop all within walking distance, making it an ideal retreat for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Just a few miles in any direction and you are spoiled for choice, from Sandringham Estate, Brancaster beach, numerous nature reserves and The Wash estuary which hosts RSPB winter spectaculars, and many other beautiful beaches and delightful villages and towns.
