This stylish single-storey semi-detached property, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac has been styled to an exceptional standard, with the owners taking great pride in creating a relaxing modern interior, with pops of colour and accents of greys, with comfort and quality high on the agenda.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen has direct access outside and is a wonderful place to linger over leisurely breakfasts at the dining table overlooking the pretty, very secluded garden which is not overlooked. On those out-of-season breaks, when the weather isn’t so great, you can still enjoy views of the garden whilst snuggling into the sofa watching Netflix.
With two bedrooms to choose from, both of which are dressed in lovely linens (one comes with its own WC and wash basin), plus a separate family shower room, you will undoubtedly enjoy a good nights’ sleep and be fresh for the day ahead.
To the rear of the property there is a very well-kept south-facing secluded and fully-enclosed garden with lawn area and terrace making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sundowners whilst listening to the sounds of the countryside.
Palmstone is meticulously cared for by its owners who have taken lots of care when renovating the property, so you should have everything to hand during your stay. They even provide a welcome basket to ensure you get off to the best of starts.
Heacham is a great base for exploring the whole of the North Norfolk coast and the cottage is within easy reach of a local pub The Bushel, a shop and the two village beaches which are dog-friendly throughout the year.
