Anchorage is a stylish and contemporary two bedroom apartment situated on the first floor of a Grade II listed building, located on the edge of Dartmouths bustling town centre and within just a minutes walk to the popular riverside embankment. Nearby to Dartmouths famous Foss Street, guests are just a short stroll to a host of excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants, as well as an eclectic mixture of art galleries and boutiques. When not out exploring the town or enjoying life by the river, guests can relax in comfort in the propertys well finished and presented accommodation, where thoughtful consideration has been made to blend a contemporary style with the propertys period features. Unwind in the spacious sitting room with its feature ornate fireplace, prepare a home cooked meal in the fully-equipped separate kitchen and enjoy alfresco dining or sundowners on the patio, within the propertys spacious rear garden. The whole property has been thoughtfully furnished and also comes with the benefit of its own private off-street parking space. PLEASE NOTE: This property is a Friday changeover for 2023.
