It includes two bedrooms which are made up of a double with an en-suite and a twin room which can only be accessed via stairs through the double, the property can sleep four people. The interior also comes with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room, along with a shared indoor swimming pool with a shower room and a shared games room with a bar. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking, 3.5 acres of gardens and two patio areas with furniture, one with a barbecue. Ample off-road parking. 3.5 acres of grounds with unfenced pond, patio area with furniture, patio area with BBQ and furniture. Shared use of owners indoor swimming pool on prior arrangement. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Swimming pool available 9am-5pm every day, and other times on prior arrangement with owners, it is shared with the owners. Note: Children to be supervised when outside due to unfenced pond. Note: En-suite bathroom in double room is only bathroom in property. Note: Stairs up to children's twin bedroom (full size single beds), the room has low head height so please take care. Note: 3 steps from living area to double bedroom.
