Little Cotton Barn is a sympathetically renovated barn, situated in tranquil countryside, just a five minute drive from Dartmouth and a short drive from the stunning Start Bay coastline. Retaining many original characteristics, it enjoys a quirky and stylish interior. With three bedrooms (master suite, double and twin), and two bathrooms, the property sleeps six guests. The property is an ideal retreat for families, with a private rear garden overlooking fields, and shared facilities. Suitable for couples and families, Little Cotton Barn is the perfect bolthole for those after a countryside retreat.

Baby friendly facilities, WiFi. TV, BT vision, panasonic music system. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves, these will not be provided. Note: The outside area is a shared space with the pet friendly holiday let next door. Note: Please note that there is a £25 charge per pet.
