Market Lane House is in a tucked away location and easy walking distance of the beach and all North Norfolk’s best attractions. Brancaster is considered one of the best beaches along the North Norfolk coast and regularly attracts those who want to enjoy the vast sands, sand dunes, rock pools and sea.
Decorated in shades of grey and blues, Market Lane House is relaxed and informal and perfect for families or groups of friends wanting a good standard of accommodation in a great location. Having been in the same family for many years, it has created lots of wonderful memories over time and now the family are opening it up for others to enjoy. With a toasty and inviting open fire in the sitting room with comfy sofas and white-washed walls, you will enjoy relaxing evenings together over a glass or two of something special. The well-equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to eat in and enjoy good conversation around the large dining table.
With parking and an invitation for two of your pampered pooches to holiday with you; this beach house offers spacious accommodation over three floors. The second floor offers total privacy for two with a bedroom and bathroom tucked away up a second flight of stairs. On the first floor there are four further bedrooms and bathroom, whereas on the ground floor there is a large sitting room, snug and large dining kitchen with french doors to the garden.
Why not sit in the garden and laze under the pagoda with a jug of Pimms and the sizzling smells of the barbecue on summer’s evening. On cooler nights, wrap up under a cosy blanket and watch the bright night stars under a black sky and enjoy the total lack of light pollution which is so rare these days. Children and dogs will adore the large lawn for playing. Eat out in the village at The Ship gastro pub/restaurant or stroll a bit further to the neighbouring Brancaster Staithe, a fishing village where you can enjoy the best seafood and sunset’s from the terrace overlooking the marsh at The White Horse, or enjoy family-friendly food and frolics at the fabulous Jolly Sailor’s pub/restaurant.
